Mr. Chase Johnson
CEO

Mr. Johnson serves as the CEO of ROC, and has more than a decade of experience in the oilfield service industry. Mr. Johnson held previous management roles with ROC and its predecessor companies in the Barnett and Marcellus Shale regions. Mr. Johnson has a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology from Austin College.


Mr. Rich Green
Senior Vice-President Southwest Region

Mr. Green brings more than two decades of industry experience to ROC, and manages the Southwest regional operations. Mr. Green has been with ROC and its predecessor companies for more than seven years. Prior thereto, Mr. Green worked in a variety of sales and management roles at Wilson Supply, one of the industry's leading oilfield equipment suppliers.


Mr. Robert Johnson
Senior Vice-President Mid-Continent Region

Mr. Johnson brings more than two decades of industry experience to ROC, and manages the Mid-Continent regional operation. Mr. Johnson has been with ROC and its predecessor companies for more than 10 years, and helped found ROC operations in the Marcellus Shale region in 2008. Previously in his career, Mr. Johnson worked in a variety of operations and management roles at Quicksilver Resources and Mitchell Energy, among others.


Mr. Billy Greenwood
Senior Vice-President Northeast Region

Mr. Greenwood has more than a decade of experience in the oilfield service industry, and manages the Northeast regional operations. He helped found ROC operations in the Marcellus Shale region in 2008 and Permian region in 2012. Mr. Greenwood held previous management roles with ROC and its predecessor companies in the Barnett Shale, Marcellus Shale and Permian Basin.


Mr. Paul Coscia
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Coscia serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ROC, and has almost two decades of financial and accounting experience, primarily in the energy industry. Prior to joining ROC in 2009, Mr. Coscia was most recently with Regency Energy Partners, a Dallas-based, publicly traded Master Limited Partnership. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Nexus Gas Partners, a natural gas pipeline company that was sold to Regency in early 2008. Before joining Nexus, Mr. Coscia was the Chief Financial Officer of JetStar Holdings, an oilfield services company with significant operations throughout the southwest U.S. Mr. Coscia has a B.S. in Economics from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Finance from University of Texas at Dallas.
